Description
The RIDGID micro DL-500 Self-Leveling 5-Dot
Laser is a professional laser. The laser simulta-
neously projects five laser beams (up, down,
front, left and right directions) for plumb and
level applications. It is primarily for use in-
doors, but may be used outside depending
on light conditions.
The self-leveling laser has a multi-functional
magnetic base for attaching to a tripod or
steel surfaces. The laser itself can swivel 360
degrees.
The laser self-levels within a range of ±4.5°.
The laser beam will flash and an intermittent
beep will sound if the laser is outside of its
leveling range. The laser features a magnetic
dampened compensation system to main-
tain level even when affected by vibration on
the job site.
The laser has a locking mechanism built into
the ON/OFF switch to hold the internal com-
ponents in place to avoid damage during
transport and storage. The laser is powered
by three AA Alkaline batteries and has a low
battery indicator.
