Information
This user's guide describes the installation, checkout and stand-alone operation of
the XMP 2600 power supply system.
Operating Conditions
The unit is intended for indoor use, at the following environmental operating
conditions:
♦ Altitude: up to 2,000m
♦ Temperature: 0ºC to 55ºC (display up to 50ºC). Derate output power by 1%
per ºC from 30ºC to 55ºC.
♦ Maximum relative humidity 80% for temperatures up to 30
o
C decreasing
linearly to 40% relative humidity at 55
o
C.
♦ The product shall be installed as Category II (Overvoltage Category) and in
Pollution Degree II Environmental.
♦ The unit operates at the following mains ranges:
Nominal Mains
Nominal Current
230Vac Iin<15A
120Vac, Po<1KW
Iin<15A
Before operating the unit make sure the mains voltage source and the electrical plug
comply with the unit’s specified voltage and current ranges.
Instrument Contents And Options
The instrument consists of the mainframe, power modules and optionally control
modules for external hardware control.
