Carrier Detect Response Time. Determines the length of time (in tenths of a
second) required for the modem to recognize the receive character from the
remote modem, and turn on the DCD.

Lost Carrier to Hang-Up Delay. Sets the length of time (in tenths of a
second) the modem will wait after loss of carrier before hanging up. If this
value is set lower than the value contained in S09, a loss of carrier will
always result in disconnection.

between DTMF (touch tone) dialing characters.
