Recording an announcement

You can record an announcement up to 90 seconds.
To record an announcement:
1. Press the

MENU softkey on the telephone base to enter the man menu.

2. Press the

UP and DOWN NavKeys to hghlght Answering System, then

press the

SELECT softkey.

3. Press the

DOWN NavKey to hghlght Announcement, then press the

SELECT softkey.

4. Press the

DOWN NavKey to hghlght Record Annc., then press the

SELECT softkey.

5. After the tone, speak n a clear voce.
6. When finished recording your announcement, press the

STOP softkey.

The announcement you just recorded wll be played back and used as your

outgong announcement.
