Troubleshooting
Problem Suggeston
The battery does
not charge in the
handset or Low
Battery is constantly
displayed on the
handset.
• Make sure the handset s placed n the telephone base or charger correctly. The CHARGE lght
on the handset should be on.
• Remove the battery from the handset and nstall t n the spare battery compartment at the
bottom of the telephone base and let t charge for up to 24 hours. Then re-nstall the charged
battery nto the handset.
• If the handset s n the charger or n the telephone base but the CHARGE lght s not on, refer to
The CHARGE light is off n the secton below.
• It may be necessary to purchase a new battery. Please refer to the Battery secton of ths
user’s manual.
• The telephone mght be malfunctonng. Please refer to the Warranty secton of ths user’s
manual for further nstructon.
