LCD contrast
You can adjust the handset LCD dsplay screen contrast to sut dfferent
lghtng condtons.
To adjust the dsplay contrast:
1. Press
MENU/SEL when n dle mode to enter the man menu.
2. Press the UP or DOWN NavKeys to select Settings, then press MENU/SEL
to enter the Settings menu.
3. Press the UP and DOWN NavKeys to hghlght LCD Contrast, then press
MENU/SEL.
4. Press the LEFT and RIGHT or UP and DOWN NavKeys to ncrease or
decrease the dsplay contrast.
5. Press the SET softkey or MENU/SEL to save the settng.
Clearing voice mail
If you subscrbe to voce mal servce provded by the local telephone company,
and when you have new voce mal, the MESSAGE lght on the telephone
base will flash, and New Voice Mail and the wll appear on all handset
screens. If your telephone system ndcates that there s new voce mal, but
you are sure that you have no new voce mal messages, you can manually
turn off the voce mal ndcaton.
To manually turn off the voce mal ndcaton:
1. Press
MENU/SEL when n dle mode to enter the man menu.
2. Press the UP or DOWN NavKeys to select Settings, then press MENU/SEL
to enter the Settings menu.
3. Press the UP and DOWN NavKeys to hghlght Clear Voice Mail, then press
MENU/SEL. The screen wll dsplay Clear Voice Mail Indication?
4. Press the YES softkey.
