Using Destination Lists
When you program a destination
number into a destination list, you
can specify the destination by just se-
lecting the Quick Dial key from the
destination list.
The programmed name appears on
Quick Dial key.
Pressing
switch the destination
list between fax number, e-mail ad-
dress, and IP-Fax number.
If you program multiple destinations
into a Group, you can send messages
to all destinations in that Group using
just a few keystrokes. Destinations
programmed in a group are indicated
by .
Preparation
In the destination list, program an
individual fax number, IP-Fax
number, e-mail address and/or
groups of destinations. See “Fax
Destination”, “E-mail Destina-
tion”, and “Registering Names to a
Group”, General Settings Guide.
Limitation
❒ Group Dial can be used only for
Memory Transmission; it cannot
be used for Immediate Transmis-
sion. The machine automatically
changes to Memory Transmission
when you use Group Dial.
❒ A total of 500 destinations (per mes-
sage) can be programmed for
Group Dial.
Note

❒ A stored name can be printed out
on the first page of a received fax at
the other end. See p.73 “Label In-
