Utility Mode
You can initialize (format) internal memory or USB memory to erase all data.
1. Press [UTILITY] to access the Utility Menu screen.
2. Touch .
The Format screen appears.

3. If you want to format the internal memory, touch .
If you want to format a USB memory, touch .
4. When you format a USB memory, the Volume Name window will appear, allowing you to assign a new volume
name.
5. Touch .
A Warning window like the following appears.

If you want to cancel the procedure at this point, touch .
6. Touch to execute the operation.
