Purpose
Specifies continuous line spacing at 1/8-inch increments (8 lpi).
Comment
When the 1/8-inch line spacing control code is received, all lines will be
printed at 8 lpi until a new line spacing is selected or power is reset. The conĆ
trol code line spacing selection will override the control panel line spacing setĆ
ting and 8 lpi will be reflected on the display when the 6/8 LPI switch is
pressed.
The value of n can be 6 or 8 only. In LPI mode using P-Series printer protoĆ
col, if n = 8, this command sets line spacing to 1/8 inch. Values of n other than
6 or 8 will cause an error message (Command Line Error Messages are listed
on page 6-3).
