RTS State Configuration
Description
RTS is an RS-232 signal that is sent from a transmitting terminal to a receiving
terminal to request permission to transmit. It is configured using the following menu
items:
RTS connect state
—Sets the RTS connect state to one of the following options:
z
On
—Sets RTS to on when the link is connecting or connected.
z
Off
—Sets RTS to off when the link is connecting or connected.
z
FlowControl
—Enables RTS to follow the hardware flow control convention.
