Touch [Image Repeat].
The Image Repeat screen appears.

Select the layout method.

Touch [Auto Detect].
– If you wish to specify the scanning area, touch [Set Range], and
then specify the size of the scanning area. For details on specifying
a size, refer to “To repeat the specified area (“Set Range”)” on
page 8-43.
– When the original is positioned into the ADF, the original size is au-
tomatically detected when the [Start] key is pressed, so no original
size appears under “Scan Range”.
– If [Auto Detect] was selected, the number of repeats is also auto-
matically specified. To specify the desired number of repeats, refer
to “To repeat the image the specified number of times (“Repeat”)”
on page 8-47.
– To cancel changes to the settings, touch [Cancel].
– To cancel the “Image Repeat” function, touch [OFF].
The scanning area is detected, and the size appears under “Scan
Range”.

Check the scanning size under “Scan Range”, touch [OK], and then
touch [OK] in the next screen that appears.
