Using Caller ID
Caller ID lets you know who’s calling by displaying the
number of the person calling when the phone rings. If the
caller’s name and number are already saved in your Internal
Address Book, the corresponding name appears with the
number. In the same way, if you call someone who has this
feature your phone number displays on their phone.
If the phone number is not recognized, a “U” is displayed. The
“U” means the number is unavailable.
If the caller has marked their number private, a “P” is
displayed on the screen.
To block your phone number from being displayed for a
specific outgoing call:
1.
Tap
2.
Dial the number you want to call.
3.
Tap
.
Note:
To permanently block your ID, call Sprint PCS
Customer Care at (888) 211-4PCS(4727)
