Parameters
ControllerHandle
The handle of the controller to which driver(s) are to be
connected.
DriverImageHandle
A pointer to an ordered list of driver image handles. The list is
terminated by a
NULL
image handle. These driver image
handles are candidates for the driver(s) that will manage the
controller specified by
ControllerHandle
. This is an
optional parameter that may be
NULL
. This parameter is
typically used to debug new drivers.
RemainingDevicePath
A pointer to the device path that specifies a child of the
controller specified by
ControllerHandle
. This is an
optional parameter that may be
NULL
. If it is
NULL
, then
handles for all the children of
ControllerHandle
will be
created. This parameter is passed unchanged to the
and
services of the
EFI_DRIVER_BINDING_PROTOCOL
attached to
ControllerHandle
.
Recursive
If
TRUE
, then
ConnectController()
is called recursively
until the entire tree of controllers below the controller specified
by
ControllerHandle
have been created. If
FALSE
, then
the tree of controllers is only expanded one level.
