buffer is automatically allocated.
Queries information concerning
the output device’s supported text

Boot Services
Raises the task priority level.
Debugport Protocol
Receive a buffer of characters
from the debugport device.
Reads bytes from a file.
Receives a buffer of characters
from a serial device.
Reads the requested number of
blocks from the device.
Reads data from the disk.
Reads a keystroke from a simple
input device.
Receives a packet from the
network interface.
When the network adapter has
received a frame, this command is
used to copy the frame into
driver/application storage.
