7.2.1 Installing CCA Agent
At the time of writing this book, the latest version of the CCA Agent available from
Cisco was 4.0.2.0. The version that we used for this book is a special Version
4.0.1.1.
1. Click CCAAgent_Setup.exe. Click Next in the screen shown in Figure 7-71.
