Manually Disconnecting a Channel

To manually disconnect an active channel, do the following:
1. If needed, start the NDIS driver Setup utility, as
Starting the NDIS Driver Setup Utility on

2. In the Channels section of the NDIS Driver Setup dialog
box, select the channel and click
(Release).

OTES
This button is enabled for connected channels only.
If a connected channel contains data traffic, manual
disconnection can cause data loss.
If LAN protocol broadcast frames are enabled, the
channel can immediately reconnect.
