7. Using a flathead screwdriver, loosen the hose clamps attaching the condensation drain hose to the
quick disconnect on the HEX unit face plate.
NOTE: You might need to cut the condensation drain hose to remove it from the barbs.
8. Remove the condensation drain hose from both barbs.
NOTE: Depending on the style of the hose barb, you might need to remove the hose barb
before you remove the quick disconnect. If the hose barb is chrome-plated, remove it before
you remove the quick disconnect.
9. Using a small pipe wrench and an adjustable wrench, remove the quick disconnect by loosening the
large nut inside the quick disconnect faceplate.
