Convection

Broil

• Convection Broil is similar to Broil, but with the additional benefit of

air circulation by the motorized fan in the rear of the oven.

• During Convection Broil mode, the broil element cycles on and off to

maintain oven temperature as the fan circulates air for even cooking.

• Use this mode for thicker cuts of meat, fish, and poultry. Convection

Broil gently browns the exterior and seals in the juices.

• For optimum browning, preheat the broil element for 5 minutes.

Convection

• Pro Convection uses powerful dual fans for greater air circulation

and faster cooking.

• Ideal for foods being cooked using single rack.
• Provides the best performance for cookies, biscuits, cupcakes etc.
• For single-rack baking, use rack Level 3 or 4.
• For dual-rack baking, use rack Levels 2 and 4.
