The command sets the vertical scale for magnifying waveform. The may be
1, 2, 3 or 4.
Probe 0.001X, : 2μV ~ 10mV;
Probe 0.01X, : 20μV ~ 100mV;
Probe 0.1X, : 200μV ~ 1V;
Probe 1X, : 2mV ~ 10V;
Probe 2X, : 4mV ~ 20V;
Probe 5X, : 10mV ~ 50V;
Probe 10X, : 20mV ~ 100V;
Probe 20X, : 40mV ~ 200V;
Probe 50X, : 100mV ~ 500V;
Probe 100X, : 200mV ~ 1kV;
Probe 200X, : 400mV ~ 2kV;
Probe 500X,: 1V ~ 5kV;
Probe 1000X, : 2V ~ 10kV.
Returned Format:
The query returns the value of vertical scale, and the unit is V.
Example:
:CHAN2:PROB 10X Set the attenuation factor of channel 2 as 10X.
:CHAN2:SCAL 20 Set the vertical scale of channel 2 as 20V.

Return 2.000e001.
