6. PROBLEMS / CAUSES / SOLUTIONS
ATTENTION:
All repairs must be carried out exclusively by
a specialised technician, with the stove
completely cold and the electric plug pulled
out.

Pellets not being fed
into the combustion
chamber.
x Pellet hopper empty.
x Feeder screw blocked by sawdust.
x Reduction motor defective.
x Defective electronic board.
x Refill pellet hopper.
x Empty the hopper and manually free the
feeder screw of sawdust.
x Replace reduction motor.
x Replace electronic board.
The fire goes out or the
stove stops
automatically.
x Pellet hopper empty.
x Pellets not being fed in.
x Intervention of pellet temperature sensor.
x Door not closed properly or gaskets
worn.
x Unsuitable pellets.
x Low pellet feed rate.
x Combustion chamber dirty.
x Smoke outlet obstructed.
x Smoke extraction motor failed.
x Refill pellet hopper.

x Let the stove cool down completely, reset
the thermostat till lockout ceases, relight
stove; if problem persists, contact
technical assistance.
x Close the door or replace the gaskets
with original spare parts.
x Change to a type of pellet recommended
by the manufacturer.
x Have the fuel feed rate checked by
technical service.
x Clean the combustion chamber, following
instructions in the manual.
x Clean the smoke duct.
x Check the motor and replace if
necessary.
The stove runs for a
few minutes and then
goes out.
x Lighting cycle not completed.
x Temporary failure of electricity supply.
x Smoke duct obstructed.
x Temperature sensors defective or broken.
x Sparkplug failure.
x Re-run lighting cycle.
x See previous instruction.
x Clean smoke duct.
x Check and replace sensors as
necessary.
x Check the plug and replace if
necessary.
Pellets build up in
grate, door glass gets
dirty and flame is weak.
x Insufficient combustion air.
x Pellets damp or unsuitable.
x Smoke extractor motor broken.
x Check that the room air intake is present
and free.
x Check that the combustion air filter on the
pipe Ø 5 cm for air inlet is not obstructed.
x Clean the grate and check that all the
airways are clear.
x Carry out a general cleaning of the
combustion chamber and the smoke duct.
x Check the state of the door gaskets.
x Change the type of pellet.
x Check the motor and replace if
necessary.
