After long periods of disuse, remove from the hopper (using
a vacuum cleaner with an extension) any remains of
pellets which have lain there for some time, since they may
have absorbed moisture, which changes their original
characteristics and makes them unsuitable for burning.
4.3.
LOADING THE PELLETS
Fuel is loaded through the front or side door to be installed on the
cladding. It allows access to the fuel filling chute.
To make fuel loading easier, perform the following steps:
x
Open the door and pour half of the sack's contents directly
into the chute, using the scoop provided (A)
x
Using the provided tool (B), push any pellets that may have
accumulated in the chute towards the hopper, and distribute
them evenly in the hopper.
x
Then dump the second half of the sack in the same way
Carefully pour the pellets, not too quickly, so that the
pellets do not bounce out of the hopper and spill over
into the cladding
Do not place any type of fuel in the hopper other than
pellets that are compliant with the specifications
provided previously.
