Display does not move on to
the next slide. In the slide show with several
slides, the display time of one of
the slides has been set to
0 seconds.
When the display time is set to
0 seconds the Sunny Matrix
displays the slide permanently.
With this setting, the Sunny
Matrix does not change to the
next slide. Change the display time of the
slide from 0 seconds to a display
time longer than 0 seconds.
Connection
There is no connection to the
Sunny WebBox The Sunny WebBox is not
connected to the Ethernet
network or integrated. Integrate the Sunny WebBox
into the Ethernet network as
described in the Sunny WebBox
manual.
Password lost Carry out a reset of the Sunny
Matrix via the reset button as
described in section
8.9 ”Restoring factory settings
(reset)” (page 58).
Forgotten IP Address Carry out a reset of the Sunny
Matrix via the reset button as
described in section
8.9 ”Restoring factory settings
(reset)” (page 58).
User interface
Pages of the user interface a
incompletey displayed or not at
all. Settings on the Sunny Matrix
user interface are being carried
out at the same time as the
Sunny Matrix Admin Tool is
being used. Do not access the Sunny Matrix
via the user interface and the
Sunny Matrix Admin Tool at the
same time.
Time is incorrect
The Sunny Matrix does not
display the correct hour. A Master Sunny WebBox is set
as time source with a firmware
version lower than 1.50. Carry out a firmware update for
the Master Sunny WebBox.
Use the Sunny Matrix internal
real time clock as time source.
