4. In the column "defined Display:" select and activate a display are in which the text or value
should be displayed. Normally, the first row is preset with modules as "defined display 1" and
the second with modules as "defined display 2" etc.
5. In the "Value" column select what should be displayed in the display area. The selectable values
are clarified in the following table.
Preset display areas
Display areas are already predefined before shipping the Sunny Matrix. Normally every
row is preset with modules as a display area. You can find out which display areas are
already preset in your Sunny Matrix from the supplied supplemental sheet. How you
establish further display areas is described in section 7.8 ”Setting further display areas”
(page 45).
Value
Meaning
Power
The current power (kW) of the PV system.
Daily energy
The energy (kWh) which the PV system has generated up to now
on the current day.
Overall energy
The overall energy (kWh) of the PV system.
CO
2
saving
(calculated from the overall
energy value)
The amount of carbon Dioxide (CO2) which has been saved,
since the overall energy generated was not generated using the
normal electricity mix (oil, natural gas, coal, nuclear power etc.).
Time
The current time of the Sunny Matrix or Sunny WebBox.
Date
The current date of the Sunny Matrix or Sunny WebBox.
Text
Freely enterable text, which should be displayed. Enter the
desired text in the "Text entry" area. A maximum of 45 characters
are possible.
You will find information on the Sunny Matrix character set in
section 8.6 ”Character set” (page 51).
Web Text
The Web Text is a freely enterable text which can be entered
directly into he address bar of the web browser (e.g. Internet
Explorer) for quick changes. How to utilize the Web Text is
described in section ”Entering Web Text” (page 38).
State of Charge
The current state of charge of the Sunny Island battery.
If you have several Sunny WebBox devices, the Sunny WebBox
to which the Sunny Island is connected must be assigned as the
Master (see section8.7.3 ”Assigning / changing Master Sunny
WebBox” (page 55)).
The Sunny Matrix can only display the following values if a Sunny SensorBox with the relevant
sensors is connected to the Sunny WebBox.
If you have several Sunny WebBox devices, the Sunny WebBox to which the Sunny SensorBox
is connected must be assigned as the Master (see section8.7.3 ”Assigning / changing Master
Sunny WebBox” (page 55)).
