7.7.2 Installing the Connection between the High-Voltage Transformer and the
High-Voltage Connection Busbars

Requirements:
☐ The Transformer Compact Station must be anchored to the support surface (see Section 6.3, page 16).
☐ The grounding of the high-voltage transformer must be connected (see Section 7.7.1, page 29).
☐ The high-voltage transformer must be connected to the low-voltage power switch (see Section 7.7.1, page 29).
Procedure:
1. Clean the contact surfaces (see Section 7.5, page 25).
2. Lead the cables through the protection against contact.
3. Connect the cables coming from the high-voltage connection busbars to the high-voltage side of the high-voltage
transformer with screws, nuts and washers (torque: 37 Nm). Pay attention to the colored labeling of the cables.
4. Ensure that the connections are correctly made.
5. Slide the protection against contact over the connection points.
