4. Attach the guiding rail to the Transformer Compact Station with
screws, washers, spring washers and nuts (torque: 24 Nm).
5. Lift the high-voltage transformer onto the guiding rails using a
crane (see Section 6.3, page 16). Ensure that the high-voltage
transformer is introduced into the Transformer Compact Station
with the low-voltage side first.
6. Slowly slide the high-voltage transformer into the
Transformer Compact Station up to the stop. Ensure that the
high-voltage transformer does not tip off the guiding rail.
7. Attach the fixing bracket on the beam of the high-voltage
transformer with two screws (M12), washers and nuts to the
Transformer Compact Station (torque: 41 Nm).
8. Attach the fixing bracket of the high-voltage transformer with one
screw (M16), spring washers, washers and nut to the
Transformer Compact Station (torque: 100 Nm).
9. Disassemble the guiding rail from the Transformer Compact Station and retain for subsequent replacement work.
