the 7.1-channel system with surround back speakers.

Use Audyssey® Auto Setup function of this unit
to automatically detect the number of connected
speakers and perform optimal settings for the
speakers to be used.

This unit is compatible with Audyssey DSX™ (
and Dolby Pro Logic

wider and deeper surround sensation.
When using Audyssey DSX™, install front wide speakers or front
height speakers.
When using Dolby Pro Logic
gz, install front height speakers.
Install the surround back speakers in a position 2 to 3 ft (60 to 90 cm)
higher than ear level.
