State 5 – Pilot arc
• Gas console set to state 2 (ignitors ON).
• Waits for current.
• Pilot arc will timeout in 1 second if no current is detected.
State 6 – Transfer
• Waits for transfer signal.
• Gas console set to stage 3 (ignitors off).
• Transfer will time-out in 2 seconds
(default value), it can also be set for 0.3
State 7 – Ramp-up
• Gas console sets state 5 (steady state)
after pierce delay timer expires.
• Machine motion output ON.
State 8 – Steady State
• Steady state current maintained.
• Waits for cycle start to be removed.
State 9 – Ramp-down
• Rampdown gas and current.
• Gas console set to state 6 (rampdown).
State 10 – Final ramp-down
• Choppers turn OFF.
• Gas console set to state 0 (all outputs OFF).
State 11 – Auto OFF
• Fan and contactor timers start.
• Start signal OFF.
Pilot current detected
Transfer complete
Ramp-up complete
Cycle start removed
Ramp-down complete
