MAINTENANCE
HD4070 process sequence
Turn power supply ON
• Display panel cycles through setup screens 1 and 2.
• Setup screen 3 is displayed.
State 0 – Idle
• Pump, fan and contactor OFF.
• Lifter sent to home position if present.
State 1 – Waits for process
• Waits for user to select a process.
• After process is loaded gas console and THC are set up.
State 2 – Purge
• Selects coolant path.
• Cutflow purge starts and runs for 20 seconds.
• When cutflow is done preflow purge runs for 20 seconds.
• If pressure error occurs, the timer is stopped until pressure is set to
correct level.
State 3 – Idle 2
• Waits for cycle start.
• If contactor timer expires, contactor is turned off (10 seconds).
• If fan timer expires, fan is turned off (30 minutes).
State 4 – Preflow and IHS
• Cycle start sent if THC is installed.
• Contactor and fans ON.
• Pilot current and transfer level set.
• Pilot arc relay and surge relay ON.
• Gas console set to state 1 (preflow).
• DC output enabled after preflow and IHS are complete.
