MAINTENANCE/CONTACTS
Sort Phonebook by
It is used to set which part of name, first name or last name, will be
sorted in alphabetical order to display.
Emergency Call Numbers
It is used to configure the emergency contact in screen locked mode.
If the system is logout or screen is locked, end users can dial the
configured emergency contacts. Otherwise, other numbers will be
rejected.
Input the number in the input box and click "Add" to add the number
to the contacts list. To delete the existing ICE number, select the
number in the contacts list and click "Delete".
Import/Export
File Encoding
It is used to set the encoding format for phonebook file importing or
exporting. It can be selected from the dropdown list:

UTF-8

GBK

UTF-16

UTF-32

Big5

Big5-HKSCS

Shift-JIS

ISO8859-1

ISO8859-15

Windows-1251

EUC-KR
The default setting is UTF-8.
File Type
It is used to set the type format for phonebook file importing or
exporting. It can be selected from the dropdown list:

XML

VCard

CSV
The default setting is "XML".
Save Phonebook to PC
It is used to download the phonebook file from the phone system to
PC.
Clear The Old List
It is used to set if the phone system will delete the previous contacts
when a new contact file is imported. If set to "Yes", the previous
contacts will be removed. The default setting is "No".
Replace Duplicate Items
It is used to set if the phone system will keep the original contact
entries when duplicated contact entries are included in the contact file.
If set to "Yes", the phone will replace the original entries to the new
