You can use the P2 and P1 options with PRINT TRANSACTION to sort transactions according to any of the
fields used in the printout. The fields are described below.
TRAN
A four-digit transaction number. The transaction number is increased by one for each
transaction.
TY
A one-digit number that indicates the type of card for the transaction. It is taken from position
29 of Cenex Local and Cenex Regional Convenience cards. On bank cards, it is the first
number encoded on the card. Its values are shown in the following table.

CUSTOMER
A 10-digit customer number or patron account number.
CARD #
A four-digit card number. This field expands to eight digits for bank and cash transactions.
VEHICLE #
A one- to six-digit vehicle number entered at the reader terminal in response to an optional
ENTER VEHICLE # step. Whether the ENTER VEHICLE # step is required for a card
depends on the value of the restriction code, which is encoded at position 34 on a club card.
If no entry is required, or if the transaction is a bank or cash transaction, a 0 is recorded in this
field. Fleet cards will require this entry.
AUTH
A six-digit authorization number for the transaction. For club card transactions, the
authorization number is SCYYMM, where SC indicates authorization by the Site Controller
and YYMM is the year and month of the expiration date on the card. For bank card or fleet
card transactions, the authorization number is issued by the network (NBS or Buypass). For
cash transactions, the authorization number is CASH.
