Sets or returns the time, indicating the time from midnight, in the form
hhmmss where:
hh=hours, between 00 and 23
mm=minutes, between 00 and 59
ss=seconds, between 00 and 59
Example: TIM=231259 would be 23 hours, 12 minutes and 59 seconds
from midnight.
