4.9 Phase A, B and C Amplifiers (A17, A18, A19) (5161274-05)
The Output Phase amplifiers take the two isolated 290 Vdc supplies and generate a 156V or
312V direct coupled output. The power amplifier consists of two full bridge inverters, each
inverter power with one of the 290 Vdc supplies. The two inverters are connected in parallel for
the 156V range and in series for the 312V range.
The Output Amplifier assembly also contains the elector mechanical relays for isolating the
output and for changing the voltage range.
4.10 Output Filter Board (A9) (5162063)
The Output Filter Board has two filter networks. One filter network reduces the output noise. The
other network reduces the switching noise on the sense lines. This board assembly also holds
the terminal blocks for the output power and sense lines. It also contains the two System
Interface connectors.
4.11 Circuit Breaker & Trip Circuit (A5)
This assembly holds the AC line circuit breaker. This breaker is different for the 208 (5162052-
02) and 400 (5162052-01) VAC line inputs.
This assembly also contains a circuit that monitors the AC line input. If the AC line input exceeds
the spec limit it will trip the breaker. There is a jumper on the board assembly that must be
changed
between the 208 and 400 VAC levels.
