To create a task, click on the ‘New’ button and the following dialog box will be displayed:
New task
The task creation screen shows the following fields:
• Name: Name of the task.
• Description: A brief description of the contents of the task or report in which the task is
included.
• Connect: TCP/IP address and port of the report that will be attached to the task. The
user and password must be entered if the authentication function has been activated in
the engine
• Type of task: Select the task frequency as follows:
o Punctual: The task will only be executed once.
