V#STRSUB,x,y,first,length - Copy part of Variable value
Syntax V#STRSUB,x,y,first,length
Parameters x = target variable
y = source variable
first = the position of first character
length = the number of characters
Description Copy part of y value to x
Example Copy year, month and day values
respectively from a whole date variable.
