The Windows Client
Windows Client will not connect to the SV1107IPEXT
DirectX 7.0 or higher must be installed on your computer
Remote mouse pointer is out of Sync
Use the Auto Sync feature to sync the local and remote monitors. See Additional Mouse
Synchronization Procedures for further mouse settings.
Part of the local window is off my monitor
If Keep Screen Size is not enabled, use the Auto Sync feature to synchronize the local and remote
monitors.
The local screen is rotated 90°

When I log in, the browser generates a CA Root certificate is not trusted, or a Certificate

The certificate’s name is not found on Microsoft’s list of Trusted Authorities. The certificate can
be trusted.
