If the format is found, it’s displayed and selected. Clicking the Find button again finds the next occurrence.!
• If the format is found, press
to replace it with the format specified in the Replace Format box.!

as a shortcut to successively clicking the Replace, then the Find, buttons.!

to replace all occurrences of the format specified in the Find Format box with the format speci-
fied in the Replace Format box..!
NOTE: Replace All works within the text selection, if no text is selected the entire document is searched.
