To remove data from a table’s cells while keeping the table structure
intact.!

From the menu select Format>Table>Clear...!
A dialog appears.!

Choose an option:!
Clear - Selected Cells.!

• Clear - Shift Cells Left.!

• Clear - Shift Cells Up.!
