Creating a Smart View
To create a smart view:

Click the Add button in the view
area.
A Smart view window appears.

Select New Smart View... from the
contextual menu.

Type in a name for the Smart View.

Click on the pop-up menu labeled
Show Items From:
A pop-up menu appears.
Select a view on which to base the
Smart View.
