Chapter 2: Installation
2.1 Installing the Hard Disk Drive
Depending on the package you have purchased, the hard disk drive may be included in the full package. If it is not
pre-installed, follow the installation instructions on this user manual.
DO NOT install or remove the hard disk drive while the device power is turned on.
The 16-channel DVR supports up to two 3.5” SATA hard disk drives. To install the HDD, follow the steps below.

Loosen the screws on the left, right, and rear sides as
shown.

Push back then lift up the cover to remove it.

Detach the screws to remove the HDD bracket.

Attach the HDD to the bracket using the four (4)
supplied screws.

Attach the bracket back to the compartment using
four (4) screws.

Connect the data cables to the hard disk drive (HDD).
