Question: Phone freezes/operation is unstable.
Answer: Restart the phone. If the screen is on and responsive, press and hold the Power/Lock
button and then tap Restart. If the screen won't turn on, press and hold the Power/Lock button
for more than 10 seconds until the phone restarts. Keep in mind that you could lose any or all of
the data you're working on when you restart the phone. For details, see
Question: Operation is unstable after a new application was installed.
Answer: The newly installed application may be the cause. Uninstall the application. See
Question: Cannot use phone, mail, or Internet.
