Setting Up the VCR Plus* Programming System (confd) 37
Now, compare the channel numbers you have written in the VCR
PLUS+ CH. and CABLE/TV CH. columns.You’ll notice that some
stations have VCR Plus+ and Cable/TV channel numbers that are
the same, and other stations have channel numbers that do not
match. Where the channel numbers DO NOT match, you must tell
theTVA^CR the VCR Plus+ and Cable/TV channel numbers
according to the following steps. i

Make each entry within 60 seconds of the previous entry.
Press the MENU button to display the pop up menu.
Press the PLAY/A button or the STOP/T button to select
VCR SETUP, then press the F.FWD/+ button.
VCR SETUP
1 ONETIME PLAY [ON]
2 REPEAT PLAY
3 ON-SCREEN MODE
4 RECORD DEFEAT [OFF]
5 VCRPLUS+REF.MAP
TO SELECT PRESS NUMBER

Press the Number 5 button to select VCR PLUS+ RER MAR

Look at the lists you filled in on page 36, For stations whose
VCR Plus+ and Cable/TV channels do not match, press
the CHANNEL (Up/Down) buttons until the arrow is
beside the VCR Plus+ channel you need.Then, press the
Number buttons to enter the corresponding Cable/TV
channel from your list. (Enter a “0” before single-digit channels.)
Continue this process until you have entered all the stations on
your list

• To dear a Cable/TV channel num

STATUS/EXIT button to exit
• Always enter a "0” before single-digit
channels.
• To se/ect line input for the Cafa/e/7V
channel, press 0,0. A/V IN will
appear on-screen.
