If both SET, Bit 3 status prevails, i.e., ROUND DOWN.
(For Fraction Rounding Process on Quantity Extension and % calculations, see
Address 2 - Bits 1 & 2. As for fraction rounding process on PST calculations,
ROUND OFF status is fixed.)
Bits: If SET status is selected, you can further select printing of PST1 and PST2 on one
