Delayed Sending

You can use your machine to send faxes at a preset time. This feature is called Delayed sending or Timer
sending
. By using this feature, you can take advantage of lower long distance rates at night, for example.

• You can only set this feature from the MultiPASS Suite. (

MultiPASS Suite User’s Guide)

• To use this feature, your PC must be turned on and connected to the machine.
• You can perform other tasks even when you have set the machine for delayed sending.

Documents Stored in Memory

• If there are no documents stored in memory, the machine will return to standby mode when you select

Printing a List of Documents in Memory

The machine can print a list of documents stored in memory, along with the transaction number (

• Once you know the transaction number of a document stored in memory, you can print it or delete it. These

procedures are described later in this chapter.
