Assembly Instructions
Tools Needed for Assembly:
ƒ 7/16” wrench (two)
Parts Shipped with Unit:
ƒ Blade (8, 12, or 16”)
ƒ Aluminum handle (not pictured)
ƒ Gusset brace (set of 2)
ƒ Bolt bag for braces
Gusset Brace Instructions:
1. Slide slotted handle over the center hole on the blade.
2. Position one gusset on the bottom of the handle, and the other
gusset on top of the handle.
3. Insert the two longest bolts through the top gusset, the handle and
the bottom gusset. Insert the two shorter bolts through the two
remaining holes on the frame.
4. Tighten all nuts, being careful not to over-tighten. Over-tightening
hardware may result in crushing the handle, thereby compromising
its strength.
