Seymour Midwest Heavy-Duty Concrete & Blacktop Brush(PK90133) - Manual

Tools Needed for Assembly:
- 7/16” wrench (two)
Parts Shipped with Unit:
- Head assembly w/ hardware
- Bristle w/ spline
- Threaded handle adapter or aluminum handle (not pictured)
- Gusset brace (set of 2)
- Bolt bag for brace
Aluminum Strip Installation:
1. Loosen nuts (do not remove) on head assembly.
2. Center head assembly on spline so there is equal distance from head
assembly to each end of spline.
3. Swivel brush and head assembly to desired angle for application.
4. Tighten nuts being careful not to over tighten.
Gusset Brace Instructions:
1. Slide slotted handle or threaded handle adapter over the center hole on
the aluminum frame.
2. Position one gusset on bottom of handle/adapter, as shown, and the other
gusset on top of the handle/adapter.
3. Insert the two longest bolts through the top gusset, the handle/adapter,
and the bottom gusset. Insert the two shortest bolts through the two
remaining holes
4. Start all loc nuts on bolts. Use wrenches to tighten, being careful not to
over tighten. Over tightening hardware may result in crushing the handle,
thereby compromising its strength.
