Assembly Instructions for Roller Head:
1. Insert an axle into each end of the roller.
2. Slide the roller into the channels on frame as shown.
3. Place a loc washer on each of the two 5/8” x 5/16” bolts and insert
them into each end of the roller head assembly.
4. Tighten both nuts being careful not to over tighten.
Gusset Brace Instructions:
1. Slide slotted handle or threaded handle adapter over the center hole on the
aluminum frame.
2. Position labeled gusset on bottom of adapter, as shown, and the other gusset on
top of the adapter. If unit comes with handle, gussets are interchangeable.
3. Insert the two longest bolts through the top gusset, the handle or adapter, and the
bottom gusset. Insert the two shortest bolts through the two remaining holes.
4. Tighten all nuts, being careful not to over tighten. Over tightening hardware
may result in crushing the handle, thereby compromising its strength.
Note: Some heads may come already assembled with protective packaging over the roller.
In such cases:
1.
Simply remove the bolt and nut from one end of the roller.
2. Lift the roller out of the frame just far enough to remove the packaging material.
3. Replace the roller into the frame and tighten the bolt.
