Assembly Instructions
Tools Needed for Assembly:
7/16” wrench (two)
Parts Shipped with Unit:
Head assembly, including rollers (poly stubs or smooth
aluminum), roller frame, handle frame, hair pins for securing
add-on weights
Add-on weights (2 at 10lbs. each)
Threaded handle adapter or aluminum handle (not pictured)
Gusset brace (set of 2)
Bolt bag for braces
5/8” flat wrench for roller removal
Gusset Brace Instructions:
1. Slide slotted handle or threaded handle adapter over the center
hole on the steel frame.
2. Position one gusset on bottom of handle/adapter, and the other
gusset on top of the handle/adapter as shown.
3. Insert the two longest bolts through the top gusset, the
handle/adapter and the bottom gusset. Insert the two shorter bolts
through the two remaining holes on the frame.
4. Tighten all nuts, being careful not to over-tighten. Over-tightening
hardware may result in crushing the handle, thereby compromising
its strength.
Roller Removal:
If it becomes necessary to remove rollers from frame, use 5/8” flat
wrench to hold axle, while using 1/2” wrench to loosen outside bolt.

Products which have been abused or worn out from normal use are excluded from this warranty.

Positioning and Securing the Add-On Weights:
1. Remove hairpins from the two vertical pins on the roller frame.
2. Slide one or both of the 10 lb. weights down over the pins.
3. Insert hairpins into lowest exposed holes in pins.
