EQUALIZZATORE ( HF/HM-LM/LF)
Presa di ingresso Neutrik bilanciata elettronicamente per
connettore XLR; consente di collegare sorgenti di segnale a
bassa impedenza, come i microfoni o altri dispositivi a basso
livello.
Presa di ingresso bilanciata per connettore a jack stereo da
¼“ di diametro (6,35mm). Bilanciata elettronicamente,
consente di collegare sorgenti di segnale ad alto livello, come
tastiere, chitarre elettriche, strumenti musicali elettronici,
riproduttori audio. E’ possibile anche utilizzare connettori
mono, questo determina lo sbilanciamento automatico del
segnale.
Presa jack stereo (Ø6,3mm) per collegare apparecchi esterni
di elaborazione nel circuito del segnale tramite un jack stereo.
Generalmente le connessioni di insert richiedono un cavo di
divisione speciale ad “Y”, terminato con un connettore stereo
da una parte e due connettorimonodall’altra.
Presa jack stereo per l’inserimento di apparecchiature
esterne come ad esempio un registratore multipista. Il
segnale, a livello di linea, può essere Pre o Post equalizzatore
(tramite apposito pulsante
di canale) e risente
della regolazione del Gain.
Regola la preamplificazione del segnale proveniente dagli
ingressi MIC e LINE , ottimizzandola al corretto
funzionamento nei circuiti del canale. La scala presenta due
differenti fasce di valori: la fascia da 10 a 60dB si riferisce
all’ingresso MIC; la fascia di valori da -20 a 30dB si riferisce
all’ingresso LINE. Per una regolazione ottimale posizionare
questo controllo in modo tale che il led PEAK si accenda
occasionalmente solo in presenza di picchi.
Il pulsante PAD interviene sul segnale in ingresso
riducendone l’intensità di -20dB.
Filtro passa-alto che elimina tutte le frequenze inferiori ai
100Hz migliorando la comprensibilità del parlato con il
microfono.
Attivazione della phantom power (48V) per i connettori XLR
(ogni 4 canali), necessaria per il funzionamento dei microfoni
a condensatore; l’attivazione è segnalata dalla accensione
del relativo led.
I canali mono dispongono di una regolazione del suono a 4
bande con doppio semiparametrico per medio-acuti e medio-
bassi.
La banda superiore (HF) e quella inferiore (LF) sono filtri di
tipo Shelving che regolano rispettivamente le alte e le basse
frequenze permettendo fino a 15dB di esaltazione o
attenuazione, in posizione centrale la risposta è lineare.
Le frequenze medie vengono regolate da due equalizzatori
semiparametrici: per le frequenze comprese tra 400Hz e
12kHz ed per le frequenze comprese tra 35Hz e 1kHz.
Entrambi con un guadagno di ±15dB con Q (campana) fisso.
Non è possibile usare contemporaneamente gli
ingressi MIC e LINE dello stesso canale.

Electronically balanced Neutrik input socket for XLR
connector, allows connecting low impedance signal sources,
like microphones or other low level devices.
Balanced input socket for stereo jack connector with diameter
of ¼” (6,35mm). Electronically balanced, allows to connect
high level signal sources, as keyboards, electric guitars,
electronic musical instruments, audio reproducers. It is also
possible to use mono connectors, this determines the
automatic unbalancing of the signal.
Stereo jack socket (Ø6,3mm) to connect external processing
equipment in the signal circuit by a stereo jack. Generally the
insert connections require a special “Y” split cable,
terminating with a stereo connector on one side and two mono
connectors on the other.
It is not possible to use
simultaneously the MIC and LINE inputs of the same
channel.

Stereo jack socket for the connection of external devices such
as, for instance, a multitrack recorder. At the line level, the
signal can be Pre or Post-equalizer (through the special
channel button ) and is affected by the
adjustment of theGain.

EQUALIZER ( HF/HM-LM/LF)
It adjusts the pre-amplification of the signal arriving from the
MIC and LINE inputs, optimizing the correct operation in the
channel circuits. The scale has two different value bands: the
range from 10 to 60dB is related to the MIC input, the value
range from -20 to 30dB is related to the LINE input. For a best
adjustment it is necessary to position this control in way that
the PEAK led turns on occasionally only when peaks are
present.
The PAD button operates on the input signal reducing its
intensity of -20dB.
Phantom power (48V) activation for XLR connectors
necessary for the condenser microphones operation; the
activation is signalled by the related led that turns on.
Loudspeaker filter that eliminates all frequencies below
100Hz, thus making it easier to understand anything said
using the microphone
Connect all the necessary microphones before activating
the phantom power supply.
HPF
The mono channels feature a 4-band sound adjustment with
two semi-parametric tone controls for middle-treble and
middle-bass.
The upper band (HF) and the lower band (LF) are Shelving-
type filters controlling the high and low frequencies
respectively and providing up to 15dB boost or cut. The centre
position provides a linear response.
Middle frequencies are adjusted by means of two semi-
parametric equalizers: , for the frequencies between
400Hz and 12 kHz, and for the frequencies between 35 Hz
and 1kHz.
Both of them have a ± 15 dB gainwithfixed Q (bell).
