Leggete il presente manuale con attenzione e seguite queste
precauzioni prima di operare con il mixer. Conservate il manuale
per eventuali necessità future, oltre all'imballo originale: essi,
insieme ad una buona conservazione del prodotto,
rappresentano la documentazione più qualificata per l'eventuale
valutazione nelmercato dell'usato.
Evitate di installare il mixer vicino a fonti di calore eccessivo, di
esporlo a irradiazione solare diretta e di posizionarlo senza alcuna
protezione in ambienti polverosi.
Assicuratevi che la tensione di alimentazione non sia superiore
al valore indicato sul pannello posteriore.
Non usate mai l'apparecchio se il cavo o la spina di rete non sono
in perfette condizioni (se necessario, provvedete alla loro
sostituzione o accurata riparazione).
Per prevenire disturbi indotti nel mixer, evitate di installarlo in
prossimità di trasformatori di alimentazione, apparecchi TV,
trasmettitori in RF, motori elettrici, una qualsiasi fonte di energia
elettrica.
Evitate di orientare i microfoni nella direzione delle casse
acustiche: potrebbero generare fastidiosi inneschi (effetto
Larsen) che danneggerebbero gli altoparlanti.
Nel collegare tra loro diversi apparecchi audio (mixer,
amplificatori di potenza e strumenti elettronici) possono insorgere
rumori e ronzii. Generalmente la causa è da ricercarsi negli anelli
di massa; la soluzione del problema consiste nell’aprire gli anelli
creando così una configurazione “a stella” della massa, cioè con
tutti i dispositivi collegati con la terra su un unico punto di
riferimento.
Per evitare spiacevoli e costosi inconvenienti usate solo cavi di
collegamento originali.
Non collegate mai nessun canale di uscita con altri canali
d’ingresso delmixer.
Non collegate mai nessuna presa audio del mixer con una
qualsiasi fonte di energia elettrica.
Per la pulizia non usate solventi tipo acetone o alcool, che
danneggerebbero la finitura esterna e le serigrafie dei pannelli.
In caso di cattivo funzionamento di qualsiasi dispositivo del
sistema affidatevi al più vicino centro di assistenza FBT o ad un
centro specializzato, evitando di provvedere personalmente.

Read this manual carefully and follow the instructions before
using the mixer. Keep the manual for future reference and for
trying out new ways of using the system. Keep the packing too: as
well as ensuring that the equipment remains in good condition, it is
also an important factor when the unit is valued for sale on the
second-hand market.
Avoid installing the mixer near sources of excessive heat,
exposing it to direct sunlight or leaving it unprotected in dusty
surroundings.
Make certain that the mains power voltage is not higher than that
shown on the rear panel.
Never use the unit if the power cable or plug are not in perfect
condition (if necessary, have them replaced or carefully repaired).
To prevent causing interference on the mixer, avoid installing the
mixer near power transformers, television sets, radio transmitters
and electric motors, or lighting dimmers and the cables
connecting them to luminaires.
Avoid pointing microphones in the direction of the loudspeaker
enclosures: this can cause annoying feedback, which could also
damage the speakers.
When connecting various units together (mixers, power
amplifiers and electronic instruments), noises and hum could be
caused. These are normally due to earth loops, and can be solved
by breaking the loops, creating a "star" earth set-up, i.e. with all the
units' earths connected to a single reference point.
To avoid regrettable costly problems, only use original connector
cables.
Never connect an output channel to another input channel on the
mixer. Before connecting anything, read the instructions in this
manual.
Never connect any audio connector of the mixer to any source of
electrical power.
Do not use solvents such as acetone or alcohol to clean the
mixer, as they would damage its finish and the writing on its
panels.
In the event of faulty operation of any part of the system, contact
the nearest FBT assistance centre or a specialized centre, but
never try to carry out repairs yourself.
