Aim the selected focusing point at
the nearest subject you want in
focus, then press the shutter

• If two focusing points are active
(-^p.43), both focusing points will be
used for depth-of-field AE.
Use the same focusing point to
aim at the farthest subject you
want in focus and press the
shutter button. (66)

Compose the picture and press
the shutter button halfway to
check that the shutter speed and
aperture are not blinking. (66)

two dEP points. The aperture

of field and a suitable shutter speed
are set automatically.
• If you release the shutter button,

• The exposure setting is set when the
